The term of Director representing the Civic and Education Sectors will expire on December 31, 2024. As provided in Section 10 of Presidential Decree 198, otherwise known as Provincial Water Utilities Act of 1973 as amended, we are requesting organizations/institutions to nominate one (1) person who may be considered for appointment as member of Board of Directors of Pili Water District. The appointed Director shall serve from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2030.
The nominee should be:
- A Filipino citizen;
- Of voting age;
- A resident of Pili;
- Must not be a government employee/official; and
- A bona fide member of your organization/institution.
The nomination shall be through a resolution of the governing board or by a nomination certified by the duly authorized officer/s of the organization/institution. It must be accompanied by 1) Updated Bio data (with recent picture and signature of the nominee) and 2) Certification of his/her bona fide membership in the organization/institution. Please submit your nomination in writing on or before November 1, 2024 to the undersigned at Pili Water District, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.
