Pili Water District implemented last May 2021 the Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of service

In view of the rising COVID-19 cases in the Region, the District aims to limit interaction and to maintain continuous operation.

“As an essential service provider it is our obligation to guarantee that our employees are always ready to attend to your needs and maintain the health and safety of everyone. “ Engr. Paulino S. Cunanan said

In this arrangement, Personnel are grouped in to two wherein one group will follow the work from home arrangement and the other group shall report in the office which will serve as a skeletal workforce present. This is in preparation for a worst scenario to which one employee may be positive to the virus. Through this, employees who was in contact may undergo the mandatory quarantine and the other group can continue the day-to-day operation of the District.

On top of this, strict protocols are also in place to ensure that COVID-19 Health and Safety Standards are followed. Regular temperature monitoring, sanitation of the workplace and adherence to wearing of facemask are the few examples of this
